![]() On that phone call Sophia cursed at me saying "Bye *****" and the "manager" Mark was just plain hostile and rude. After waiting a week for the manager to get my cancellation "approved" he was still not willing to cancel until another long phone call instating that I do not want there business. being told that is not the policy even though their well past the estimated delivery date of 2 months and still had no idea when the couch would arrive. Thank you for your business and sorry we could not get the merchandise in any quicker. We will look into this and take it up with the store. We apologize if the customer was not happy with the response from the store and how it was handled. Unfortunately there have been long delays due to production problems obviously due to Covid which are out of Pricebusters control. Once an order is placed with the manufacturer we have to wait till the item or items come in from the manufacturer. The customer apparently waited on the phone till they were told that the cancellation was done. We looked into this order and it has been cancelled per the request of the customer who was apparently on the phone with the store. They have all of this information on there end, they can pull it up under my name or my sister name ***** *******-********) it was purchased in March (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.) ![]() Name on ticket, Ticket number, Date purchased, How the customer paid whether Cash, card, or finance To assist with looking up this backorder we will need all of the following. Still did not receive my headboard or footboard and was basically told every week that I had to wait another week and another month here it is already March and I do not have my furniture for my bed yet I have repeatedly called price busters for them to come and get their furniture I have also contacted The financial company that I am financing it through which is Acima They had said that they contacted the price busters only through email and don't have a phone number for them price busters had told them that they were trying to negotiate for us to come in and find another bed that would suit us after I have repeatedly told them I didn't want another piece of furniture I wanted them to come and get the furniture that I have right now and they still refuse I can't get a resolution out of the financial company or price busters I am writing you guys so you guys can help me get a resolution ASAP before I have to pay any more payments for the stuff that I don't want They kept calling me and saying they were going to arrive later and later so then when they did arrive they brought me broken damaged furniture which I had taken pictures of as soon as they brought it to me I still have pictures with tags on the furniture the day that they dropped it off to me. Ordered it back in early December and didn't get it until later on towards the end of December. I have paid weekly payments for this furniture. I am financing a bedroom set through Price busters in Edgewood Maryland.
